  I developed a friendly atmosphere, welcoming to all backgrounds and ethnicities, by helping customers translate information and size measurements. I also helped reduce shrinkage by continually interacting with customers, which in turn increased the store's overall revenue. I guided new models through store tasks, helping them gain knowledge about the store's target market and worked with customers to keep up the store's fun, diverse environment.
